So, two frightening things while watching Tim Gunn's Guide to Style instead of working on my Oscar Wilde paper:
1- Apparently, bras are only supposed to last/be worn for six months. Oops.
2- The woman they are making-over today (Elena) just said "I'm not the typical wife. We're very like kinda fifty-fifty partners." This is an exact quote. Elena is 32 years old, living in New York, with a young son and a job in publishing. What makes her think that this is not how things should be in a typical modern marriage?
